A Kansas City native, Mary started her musical career during her early childhood. She joined El Mambo Orchestra in 2005 and found her true desire for Latin music. Mary plays bass and sings back-up vocals. She studied at the University of Central Missouri and earned a Bachelors degree in Jazz/Commercial music; under the direction of Dr. David Aaberg in 2001. Mary also currently performs with Carte Blanc, Tropical Zone, the Lee's Summit Symphony and has played with other well-known musical groups such as the New Vintage Big Band, the Kansas City Civic Orchestra, and the Overland Park Orchestra. Besides playing Latin music Mary also enjoys dancing salsa. Mary's musical talent adds passion to the music of the Mambo Orchestra and helps drive the energy of the audience.
